What every workflow skill does
Regardless of the task, a workflow skill:
- Clarifies what it can't infer (a short survey you can skip).
- Plans the work and shows the plan in the progress card.
- Executes with tools — searches, the Python kernel, the figure engine — recording code and inputs.
- Reviews its own output against the sources and the data and repairs what it can.
- Delivers artifacts plus a chat summary that says what was done and what to check.
The effort level sets how much of steps 2–4 happens.
