Independent scientific and methodological review of a research artifact the user points at — a report, analysis or study design (uploaded or created in this project), or a pinpointed check inside a document ("check the statistics in section 3"). Parses the claims, reviews methods and statistics, verifies cited evidence, checks reproducibility, and delivers a prioritized issue list with concrete fixes. A whole manuscript, thesis or dissertation handed over for review belongs to peer-review.
