Today: the web app on your phone
Open neutropic.io in Safari or Chrome and sign in. The workspace adapts to small screens: the sidebar becomes a drawer, the artifact panel opens full-screen, and the composer's camera button records a video straight into a session — handy for a quick facial-expression or rPPG check.
Long turns keep running on the server, so you can start a literature review on the phone and read the report on your laptop later.
The iPhone app
The native app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Sign in with the same account (email, Google or Apple) and your projects, chats and plan are already there. It adds push notifications when a long turn finishes (tap to open the result), audio recording and video capture from the composer, and attaching files from Files or Photos. Long turns keep running on the server, so you can start on the phone and read the report on your laptop later.
Plans in the app
Upgrade plan in the profile menu sells Lite, Pro and Max as App Store subscriptions. A subscription is managed where it was started — bought in the app, change or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; bought on the web, manage it on the web. One account holds one paid subscription; to move it, cancel where it started, wait for the period to end, then subscribe on the other platform. Details: Plans & tokens.
Android
The Android app is on Google Play with the same sign-in, plan and notifications as the iPhone app, and sells the same plans and token top-ups through Google Play billing — a subscription bought there is managed in the Play Store app (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) and applies on the web and on iPhone too.
