Getting started

Upload data & reference it

Which file types Neutropic accepts, how to attach them, and how to point a request at a specific file with @.

Attach a file

Press + in the composer, drag a file onto the chat, or paste it. The file uploads to the session and appears as a chip above the composer. Send your request in the same message or later — uploads stay in the session.

On a phone you can also record a video directly with the camera button.

Reference a file with @

Type @ in the composer to pick an uploaded file or an existing artifact. The reference is inserted as a badge and tells the agent exactly which file the request is about — useful when a session has several datasets.

Typing @ lists the session's uploads and artifacts.

@pss_trial.xlsx Test whether the biofeedback group reduced PSS-10 more than control.

Without an @, the agent uses the most recent relevant upload.

Import from Google Drive

If the Google Drive connector is connected, the + menu has a Google Drive item that lists recent files and searches your Drive. Picked files are imported as session uploads.

Limits

Storage counts uploads and artifacts together against your plan — 1 GB on Free, 5 GB on Lite, 20 GB on Pro, 50 GB on Max. Usage is shown in the storage row under Customize → Usage. When you hit the limit, uploads are refused with a message that shows usage and plan; delete old sessions or artifacts, or upgrade. See Usage & storage and Uploads fail or quota exceeded.
