"Storage quota exceeded"

It uploaded, but the agent says it has no reader for the format
Any file type can be uploaded (up to 1 GB). The agent reads the formats in the table in Upload data & reference it: tabular (.csv .tsv .xlsx .xlsm .xls .ods .json .parquet .sav .dta .mat .rds), documents (.pdf .docx .doc .pptx .ppt .hwp .hwpx .rtf .odt .epub .txt .md), images, audio and video. Anything else is kept in the session and can be referenced with @, but its contents are not opened for analysis. Export those to a readable format first — for example Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote files should be exported to PDF (or Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MATLAB files saved as v7.3 re-saved with -v7.
It uploaded, but the agent says it can't read it
- Encoding: Korean, Japanese and Chinese code pages are detected automatically. If text is still garbled, save the file as CSV UTF-8.
- Header row: for statistics the first row must be the column names; remove title rows above it. A form-style sheet is still read as text, but it cannot be analysed as a table.
- Several sheets: the agent sees the list of sheets and loads one at a time — name the sheet in your request.
- Password-protected file: remove the password in the app that created it (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Hangul, zip) and attach the file again. Passwords are not accepted in the chat.
- Biosignal exports need a time column (
time_s,time,t,timestamp) or a stated sampling rate: "the EEG is 256 Hz". - Scanned PDFs have no text layer. Attach the file and the agent reads the pages as images; for long scans a text-based PDF is more reliable.
Large files are slow or fail
Video and long audio are large; on a mobile connection uploads can time out. Trim the recording to the segment you need, or upload over a stable Wi-Fi or wired connection. The desktop app, being prepared for release, will analyze recordings locally without uploading them.
