What happens
The study workflow chains four skills and passes each stage's artifacts to the next:
- Literature — search, screen, report (as `/research`).
- Design — a design grounded in the reference studies, with protocol flow and power analysis.
- Analysis plan — variables, models, tests, figures and the decision rules, written before any data exists.
- Proposal — an integrated document that ties the three together, plus an internal review of the design.
Expect 10–15 minutes at Basic effort; the turn keeps running if you navigate away.
What you get
Everything the individual skills produce — screening table, literature report, citation graph, mind map, design report, reference designs, protocol flow, power curve, expected results — plus analysis_plan.md, <topic>_review.md and integrated_research_proposal.md.
When to use it
Use /study for a first pass on a new topic or a grant idea. When you want control over each stage — for example to iterate on hypotheses before designing — run the stages separately in one session.
