Connectors
Connect the workspaces your lab already uses — Google Drive, Notion, Zotero and GitHub — and let the agent read, import and write there with your approval, tool by tool. Literature, patent and survey sources come built in.
Google Drive
Available nowFiles and folders you pick in Google's picker — read, imported, created and shared by the agent.
- Import CSV, Excel, PDF and Docs into a chat
- Read and write Sheets ranges, append sections to Docs, build a Slides deck from a report
- Save reports, tables and figures back to Drive
Sign in with Google and pick files or folders in Google's picker; Neutropic sees only what you pick.
Notion
Available nowYour shared pages and databases — read as text, imported as data, written back as pages.
- Browse Private, Shared and teamspaces as a tree
- Import pages as Markdown and databases as CSV datasets
- Export a manuscript or report as a new Notion page
Approve Neutropic in Notion and choose which pages to share; change the selection any time.
Zotero
Available nowYour reference library — search it, pull PDFs into a chat, get bibliographies, save sources back.
- Import an item's PDF or its metadata and abstract
- APA, Chicago and other bibliographies; BibTeX, RIS, CSL-JSON
- Save a literature review's sources into a collection
Approve Neutropic at zotero.org (or paste an API key); write tools stay blocked unless the key allows writing.
GitHub
Available nowYour repositories — data files and scripts imported into a chat, analysis code and results committed back.
- Browse repositories, directories and files as a tree
- Import data files and scripts into a session
- Write files, push commits and create branches
Sign in with GitHub and approve repository access; the essential tools are on by default, the rest behind one switch.
Linear
Available nowYour issues, projects and documents — read and searched by the agent, created and updated with your approval.
- List and search issues, projects and teams
- Create issues and comments with findings from a chat
- Update status, assignee and priority
Sign in with Linear and approve read and write access; nothing to register on Linear's side.
Miro
Available nowYour whiteboards — boards found and read by the agent, and sticky notes, diagrams and comments added with your approval.
- Find boards and summarize what is on them
- Add a study flow or findings as sticky notes or a diagram
- Read and add comments on a board
Sign in with Miro, pick a team and approve; works on every Miro plan, nothing to register on Miro's side.
Dropbox
Available nowYour Dropbox files — searched, browsed and imported into a chat, reports saved back, links shared.
- Browse folders and files as a tree; search by name
- Import data files, PDFs and documents into a session
- Save reports back and create shared links
Sign in with Dropbox and approve file access; nothing to install.
Figma
Available nowYour design files — structure and text read by the agent, frames exported as figures, comments left in place.
- Read pages, frames and text of a file
- Export frames to PNG/SVG as figures in a chat
- Read and post comments
Paste a personal access token (Settings → Security); comments are posted only after you approve.
HubSpot
Available nowYour CRM — records searched and read, notes logged; marketing sends stay blocked.
- Search contacts, companies, deals and tickets
- Read and update records
- Log notes and engagements
Sign in with HubSpot and approve the Neutropic MCP connector; tools follow your HubSpot permissions.
Slack
Available nowYour workspace channels — results posted and artifacts shared as files, messages searched, recent channel messages pulled into a chat.
- Post messages and share reports, tables and figures as files
- Search messages across the workspace
- Import a channel's recent messages for analysis
Sign in with Slack and approve the app for your workspace; every post is approved by you. Channel history reads are limited to the 15 most recent messages.
Every tool starts as “Ask each time” — an approval card appears in the chat before the agent touches your files. Tokens stay encrypted on the server; Disconnect deletes them.
